Grab your friends and neighbors and head to the town square for a grand celebration of Keepsake Ornament Club’s 30 years! It’s time for the 2017 Keepsake Ornament Club Convention!

Celebrate 30 years of the Keepsake Ornament Club (KOC) in Kansas City on August 4-5, 2017 at the Sheraton Crown Center Hotel.

Registration will go live on April 3, 2017 at noon CST (note this is different from previous years since April 1 falls on a Saturday).  

You’ll have time to chat on a park bench with an old friend, grab coffee with a new friend and be surrounded by your favorite Hallmark Keepsake Artists and Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments. We’ll have games, prizes and lots of surprises.

New this year

Registration: It’s important to include as many KOC members as possible in the festivities. Due to meeting space limitations at the Sheraton, we can only permit a certain number of attendees. This year, to enable more individuals to attend, we are limiting registrations to two per person (with a unique, valid 2017 KOC membership number required for each registration). Regardless of the number of KOC memberships you have, you will only be able to register a maximum of two times. This will allow us to expand the number of people who are able to attend. We appreciate your understanding of this change and hope you’re equally excited to have more members under one roof!

Friday Night Celebration at the Village: We want our Friday night event open to everyone, so bring your friends to the 30th Anniversary Celebration at the Village. You no longer have to be a Local Club member to attend…everyone’s welcome! Meet up with all your Local Club friends, other KOC members, mingle with Hallmark Keepsake Artists and enjoy a casual reception. Attendance at the party is included in your registration fee. We’ll have à la carte dinner options available for purchase if you’d like, or just stop in on your way to your own dinner party! Whatever you do, don’t miss the Live Auction. We’ve moved it to Friday night so everyone can enjoy the excitement and suspense of this amazing fundraiser.
